Software Design Engineer
As a key component in the team working on the ASPEN Network Management System, my ability to quickly understand legacy code was instrumental in meeting deadlines while improving the overall quality of the product.
I am responsible for the design and implementation of an SNMP-based data collection engine intended to replace an OEM product critical to the company's offering.

UGS – Tecnomatix provides solutions for Digital Manufacturing and Product Lifecycle Management, including 3D simulations of manufacturing processes.
Software Engineer
Developed an application and an API converting CAD files into CATIA V5 proprietary formats (CATProduct, CATPart, CGR) with better quality and performance than any existing product on the market at the time. This product was central to the integration of the company's offering with customers existing systems.
Developed applications and APIs in OO C++, in Visual Studio 6 and 7.1, extracting data from various CAD applications (mainly CATIA V5) and converting it to Robface, a Tecnomatix proprietary format.
Developed an API in OO C++, allowing applications to compile and run in hybrid Visual Studio 6-Visual Studio 7 environments.
